SEATTLE, WA (January 28, 2010) – Fortune Bank has hired Cheryl Gunderson as Senior Vice President, Bellevue. She was most recently a SVP and manager at Frontier Bank in Redmond and also worked for Wells Fargo, Seafirst and Pacific Northwest Bank during a 30 year banking career.
A graduate of Seattle University, she has been active in numerous community groups and volunteered for several youth organizations. She serves on the Audit Committee of the Overlake Service League in Bellevue.
A Sammamish resident, Gunderson is the third employee the bank has added on the Eastside in the last six months.
Fortune Bank was founded in 2006 in Seattle by a team of seasoned bankers with experience at some of the area’s largest and most successful banks. It has 24 employees and recently surpassed $100 million in assets.
